Refund Policy

All sales are final. Sessions and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited. Sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase. Please note that if you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect both parties’ schedules.
