Terms & Conditions

By booking a session or purchasing a package through Gifted… Now What?, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Coaching Services

Coaching and consulting services are designed to provide support, guidance, and strategies for navigating the educational, emotional, and developmental needs of gifted and twice-exceptional (2e) learners. These services are not therapy, legal advice, or diagnostic in nature.

2. Booking and Payment

All sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Multi-session packages must be used within 3 months of the purchase date. Unused sessions will expire after that time.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited. No refunds will be issued.

4. Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Additional time will not be added or rescheduled.

5. Refunds and Transfers

All sales are final. There are no refunds, and packages or sessions may not be transferred to another individual.

6. Confidentiality

Your privacy is important. Information shared during sessions is kept confidential and will not be shared without your consent, except where required by law.

7. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes. The coaching process is collaborative, and success depends on honest communication, commitment, and follow-through.

8. Technology and Platform

Sessions are conducted virtually unless otherwise agreed upon. Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a quiet environment for each session.

9. Intellectual Property

All resources, materials, and strategies shared during sessions or presentations remain the intellectual property of Deborah Sullivan and Gifted… Now What?. They may not be reproduced or shared without written permission.
